The three Davis sisters were: Clarinda Elkins Davis Chambers, Joanna Davis Bredrick, Rutha Davis Dooms. The legal land description, Quarter Section Location: SW, Quarter Section #: 23, Township: 1, Range: 3, East/West: E, is the same that is listed on the original land grant of Enoch Davis. Enoch Davis gave consent for the marriage of Clarinda Elkins Davis, so he had to have died after Jan 1832. His daughters sell their portion of their inheritance in Nov 1839, so he had to have died before then.
