Will of Robert Hollowell
In the name of the benevolent Father of all, I Robert Hollowell of the County of Orange and State of Indiana being sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.
Item 1: It is my will that my body be decently buried and debts be paid and funeral expenses.
Item 2: It is my will that at my decease all my estate to be equally distributed between my son Smithson Hollowell and to my daughter Margaret Hall and to my Daughter Abbey Musgrave.
Item 3: It is my will that Lindley Hollowell receive that note due me provided he pays up the interest.
Item 4: Nathan Hollowell heirs and William Hollowell heirs and Michael Lindley heirs and Peggy Lindley heirs these my two sons and two daughters all having received there portion of my estate. I do herbey revoke all other former wills by me made. I do appoint John E. Hall and Smithson Hollowell executors. In testimony thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of March 1865.

At our Monthly Meeting held at Rich Square Meeting House in Northampton County 1st day of 11th month 1760, Thomas Hollowell of Perquimans County, son of John and Sarah
Hollowell, deceased of Norfolk County, and Mary Peelle, daughter of Robert Peelle of Northampton both appeared at this meeting and declared their intentions of taking each other in marriage, appoints Moses Hall and John Peelle to inquire into Thomas Hollowell's clearness in relation to marriage and make report to next Monthly Meeting.
Marriage Certificate:
Whereas Thomas Hollowell of the County of Perquimans, son of John and Sarah Hollowell of the Colony of Virginia and County of Norfolk, and Mary Peelle daughter of Robert Peelle of Northampton County and Elizabeth Peelle deceased, having
publickly declared their intentions of taking each other in marriage, before several Monthly Meetings of the People called Quakers in the County of Northampton according to them whose proceedings therein after a Deliberate Consideration thereof with Regard unto the Righteous Law of God and Example of his People Recorded in the Scriptures of truth in that case, were approved by the said meetings they appearing clear, of all others, and having also Consent of Parents and Relations concerned.
Now these are to certify all whom it may concern that for the accomplishment of their said intention, this Seventh day of the Twelfth month called December in the year one
thousand seven hundred and sixty, they, the said Thomas Hollowell and Mary Peelle appearing in a Publick assembly of the aforesaid People and others, met together in the county of Northampton in their public meeting place at Rich Square, and in solemn manner he, the said Thomas Hollowell, taking the said Mary Peelle by the hand, did openly declare as followeth: Friends, you are my witnesses that I do take this my friend Mary Peelle to be my wife, promising through Divine assistance to be to her a true and loving husband til death separate us or words to this effect and then and there in the said assembly, she, the said Mary Peelle, did in like manner declare as followeth: Friends, you are my witnesses that I do take this my friend Thomas Hollowell to be my husband promising through Divine assistance to be a true and loving wife til death separates us or words to that effect. And the said Thomas Hollowell and Mary Hollowell, his now wife, as a farther confirmation thereof, did then and there to these presence set their hands, and we whose names are hereunto subscribed, being present among others at the Solemnization of the above said marriage and subscription in manner aforesaid as witnesses thereunto, have also to these presents subscribed our names the day and year above written.
